Copyright & Complaints

1. Who may report

Rights holders, people depicted and authorized representatives may report alleged copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy infringements. This procedure helps identify disputed material and the basis of the concern. It does not replace mandatory legal procedures in your jurisdiction or establish that every complaint is valid automatically.

2. What to include

Provide the exact URL, describe the protected work or right, explain the alleged infringement and include contact details and evidence of authority. Explain why the use is not authorized by you or the law. A general link to the entire website without identifying the disputed material may delay assessment.

3. Good-faith information

Provide accurate information and do not use complaints to suppress lawful expression. A legally significant notice must satisfy applicable requirements, including required statements and a signature where necessary. Avoid including unrelated personal information or more sensitive material than is reasonably needed to establish the claim.

4. Review and action

After receiving sufficient information, the operator assesses the complaint, may request clarification and may restrict or remove disputed material where justified. Receipt of a complaint is not an admission of infringement. Law may require notifying another party or offering an opportunity to respond. Necessary records may be retained for the dispute.

5. Disputes and repeated violations

If your material was restricted in error, explain the lawful basis for its use and provide relevant evidence. Repeated substantiated violations may lead to proportionate access restrictions. Mandatory procedures and non-waivable rights take priority over general website terms. Contact the operator for the status of a submitted complaint.

6. Reporting channel

Use the operator’s phone or postal address below. This page does not claim registration of a separate DMCA agent. For an immediate threat to safety, also contact the appropriate authorities. Do not publicly expose an alleged infringer’s personal information or unnecessarily redistribute unlawful material when reporting.
